city to county to facilitate requests for criminal and civil records from county courthouses. The federal subdirectory details the availability of

closed records from Regional Record Services Facilities. Arranged alphabetically by institution, the educational section describes procedures
verifying academic attendance and degrees, requesting transcripts, and determining accreditation status. Useful for those who verify
